These terms explain use of the Gloss Labs website, quote calculator, and inquiry tools. Any work on your vehicle is subject to the service details and price agreed with Gloss Labs before the work begins.
1. Website use
Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when requesting a quote. Do not submit someone else’s contact information without permission, send spam, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorized access.
2. Estimates and service scope
Calculator results are starting estimates, not binding quotes. Final pricing depends on the vehicle, size, condition, preparation, chosen coverage, and service requirements. Gloss Labs will confirm the scope and final price before you authorize work. Tax, additional preparation, and other charges, if applicable, will be identified in that confirmation.
Submitting an inquiry does not book an appointment, reserve a price, or authorize a charge. The website does not take payments.
3. Appointments and payment
Availability, service location, timing, payment requirements, and any deposit or cancellation terms will be discussed and agreed separately when booking. If you need to change an appointment, contact Gloss Labs as soon as possible. This website does not impose a separate cancellation fee or refund schedule.
4. Vehicle condition and results
Please tell us about existing damage, repairs, wraps, coatings, sensitive surfaces, or other conditions relevant to the service. Results depend on the vehicle’s condition and the treatment selected. Correction may not remove every defect; coatings and films do not prevent every scratch, chip, stain, or other type of damage.
Product longevity depends on the product, preparation, use, environment, and aftercare. Any product or workmanship warranty will be provided separately for the service purchased. Website illustrations, including the before-and-after car reveal, demonstrate the experience and are not a guarantee of an identical result.
5. Inquiries and communications
When online submissions are available, submitting the contact form asks Gloss Labs to respond about your inquiry. Lead details may be routed through our customer-management service and included in an internal SMS alert to our team. This does not enroll you in promotional text messages.
If you choose the Instagram option, preparing or copying a message does not send it. You must send the message yourself in Instagram. Please do not include payment-card numbers, identity documents, or other sensitive information in an inquiry.
6. Content and external services
The Gloss Labs name, logo, and website content belong to Gloss Labs or their respective rights holders. You may use the site to learn about services and request a quote; other copying or commercial use requires permission from the relevant owner.
External websites, including Instagram, have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or operation.
7. Availability and your rights
We aim to keep website information accurate and the inquiry tools available, but errors or interruptions may occur. Contact us to confirm any information you rely on when booking. These terms do not remove any rights or remedies you have under applicable law.
8. Changes and contact
Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. The service terms agreed for an existing booking are not changed solely by a website update.
